RESIDENTIAL AGED CARE

St Paul De Chartres Residential Aged Care is designed to accommodate people who can no longer live in their own homes and have a current aged care assessment for low or high levels of care.

The Sisters of St Paul de Chartres have designed the federation style facility and have created a place where residents enjoy quality living; where families know their loved ones are completely cared for and happy.

All residents have individual ensuite rooms located in beautiful garden settings designed to maximum the sense of space and light. Each block has been constructed with an internal garden courtyard. The four wings of the facility consist of superior accommodation and furnishings, each with a separate lounge area designed to take advantage of the views to the bush corridor at the rear of the facility and the beautiful garden areas.

Residents are encouraged to maintain their independence for as long as possible. As their needs increase, dedicated and caring staff provide personal care, such as assistance with showering, dressing, laundry and managing medications.

Residents are encouraged to participate in many varied activities and outings, to enhance their quality of life. These activities may include gentle exercise programs, craft, entertainment, shopping trips, picnics and bus outings.
