The Consumer Advisory Group (CAG) is an important part of our Organisation’s structure that ensures residents are involved in decision-making processes regarding their care and services they receive.
The Group will directly provide our Governance Board direct feedback, and ensure our residents and their loved ones have a voice in St Paul Chartres’ decision-making process.
We are currently welcoming expressions of interest if you or your loved one would be interested in applying to be a member of our Consumer Advisory Group.
Members will join for one to two years with the possibility of that time being extended. We will consult with members throughout the year in different ways, which may include:
While places on our Consumer Advisory Group may be limited, every 12 to 24 months we will write to all our residents and their representatives to again seek their interest in participating – so please be assured there will be more opportunities to get involved in the future.
We welcome an inclusive Consumer Advisory Group, including people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds and living with disability.
We look forward to developing an inclusive Consumer Advisory Group, representing a wide range of St Paul De Chartres’ residents, to continue our focus on ensuring the voice of our residents remains at the very heart of everything we do.
